TED NUGENT On Government Intervention

January 20, 2010

Rock legend Ted Nugent sounded off on the state of government interference in American lives during a recent appearance on the Fox Business channel. Watch the segment below.

Never one to mince words, Ted Nugent recently said he wants President Obama arrested for being a Communist and that he plans to kill an extra hundred animals this year to spite Paul McCartney, among others. Although the "Motor City Madman" is renowned for his hawkish and outlandish demeanor, his interview with Royal Flush magazine might just take the cake as his most violent.

Nugent, a political conservative and avid hunter said at one point, "My name is Ted Nugent and because of Pam Anderson and because of Bill Maher and because of Paul McCartney, all the members of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals),whenever I hear the word 'animal' or 'rights' in the same paragraph, I'm killing an extra hundred of something this year."

Shockingly, in the interview he went on to talk about hunting and killing animals not just for sport or food — but for revenge. "I have unlimited deer tags in Michigan and Texas, and I don't even need to kill them really, but I'm going to for Bill Maher. I'm not just killing them, I'm fucking slaughtering them and I'm going to gut them, and skin them, quarter them, and butcher them and feed them to the soup kitchen and homeless shelters of America. Not because I need to, because it will cause Bill Maher to shit blood. That's my goal in life."

Nugent, a staunch Republican, was asked what he thought of President Obama, to which he said, "I think that Barack Hussein Obama should be put in jail. It is clear that Barack Hussein Obama is a communist. Mao Tse Tung lives and his name is Barack Hussein Obama. This country should be ashamed. I wanna throw up."

Nugent says that vegetarians are missing out one of the finest human experiences: "You guys are denying yourself the sensual, spiritual stimuli of the good mother Earth that you can only get as a hands-on, reasoning predator."
